Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days after your order arrives to request a return. Email info@retrotoolshop.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions.

Items should be unused and in the condition you received them. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong one.

Wrong fit?

If your adapter doesn't fit your tool or hose, email us with your tool model and we'll help you find the right size or refund you.

Damaged or defective

Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or wrong, email us with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
